I love my new grads (because they buy me cake)

Hiring the new intake of graduate trainees has been keeping me busy since August last year. It's been amazing to see them join this week, and guiding them through their induction week has been lots if fun - particularly since the bulk of the work after joining is done by my colleague who manages the graduate development.

The sweetiepies also bought us a cake today, on the last day of their induction week. Awwwwww.... We did not say no. We like our cake!
